RainDrops Salon Massage is a full service salon and massage, located in Sevierville, Tennessee. All of our licensed specialists sincerely enjoy what they do and it is reflected on the smiles and repeat business of our clients. We promise individual attention for all of our clients as we are dedicated to both exceptional service and unsurpassed value, when compared to any upscale salon. 

Because we are committed to bringing you the best service available, there are a few times that our salon will be closed for various continuing educational events. We appreciate your patience as we continue to learn and grow, in order that we can continue to bring you the latest and greatest in both salon and massage services. 


Employment

Are you looking for a clean and professional atmosphere to learn and grow. RainDrops Salon Massage currently has positions open for stylists,manicurist and aesthetician. We are an Independent Contractor Salon. Please contact us via our contact page of this internet site or you may visit us at the salon. Resumes are a must and we need you to fill out an application.

(If at anytime you call during normal business hours and the phone is not answered,  we are assisting other clients at this time and can not get to the phone. Please leave your name and number and we will call you back ASAP. Also remember that you can look at our home page to see any of our listed closings do to continuing education courses, training, etc.)



Appointments

Walk-Ins are welcomed, yet an appointment is Highly recommended. As a courtesy to our clients who book in adavance, all walk-ins will be worked around those with prior appointments. With the exception of chair massage, ALL massages require an appointment. A Credit Card is required to reserve your appointment. A 24 hour cancellation Notice is required or you will be charged in full for the massage appointment you reserved. (A No Call or No Show will be charged, No exceptions)

HAIR
We schedule appointments and we also will take walk-ins. For the courtesy of clients who booked in advance, all walk-ins will be worked in around scheduled clients, as time allows.  Therefore there may be a wait if you are a walk-in client. Clients are scheduled according to any of our services they are wanting performed. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accomodate you. Cancellations of all services require a 24-hour notice. Thank you for your consideration and understanding. 

Our stylists say, they are beauticians, not magicians. We strive hard to get the results you want, yet depending on what you or another stylist has done to your hair, it may not be possible to get an exact color or shade desired do to porosity issues. We do reserve the right to refuse services if we feel it is not in the best interest at this time or may have unfavorable results. 

Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated.  Suggestions are always welcome. 

Massage
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment time as there will be a client in-take form which must be filled out. All massage appointments will require a minimum of a 2 hours notice. A credit card is required to hold your appointment time. In the unlikely event you are running late, your massage will be started as soon as possible upon your arrival, yet as a courtesy to our following clients, will end at its normal scheduled time. A full payment will be required.  In the event you must cancel your appointment, please give at least a 24 hours notice. Any notice of less than 24 hours and we reserve the right to charge you for the entire cost of the massage service. Chair massage does not require an appointment yet we do recommend calling to see if we have a therapist available. 

Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated. Suggestions are always welcome.

Gift Certificates
Ideal for holiday gifts, birthdays, anniversaries as well as employees and business clients. You can print your gift certificate yourself or email it to your recipient. Gift certificates are also sold in our salon for any dollar amount. Gift Certificates expire 90 days from the purchase date.
